Support and Encouragement for your Grief Journey
<\/strong>The care and support that you need.<\/em><\/p>

When you are grieving and feeling alone, and others are busy with their own lives and\u00a0do not know what to do to support you; GT Grief Support Group is designed for people like you who are currently going through grief. We are led by caring people who have experienced grief and understand how it feels. We would like to walk with you through your path to healing and towards hope for the future.<\/p>

GT Grief Support Group is a weekly support group using GriefShare, a grief recovery programme. You are welcome to join in the group at any point of time. Since each session is \u201cself-contained\u201d, it is not necessary for you to walk through the sessions in sequence. Examples of topics to be covered are: (1) Is This Normal? (2) The Journey of Grief (3) Guilt & Anger (4) Stuck (5) What do I live for now? and many more.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
