HEALING ROOMS MINISTRIES (HRM)

The HRM is an interdenominational ministry and was established in Spokane, Washington, USA. It was originally started by John G.Lake about 80 years ago. In 1999, Cal Pierce re-opened the Spokane Healing Rooms and founded the International Association of Healing Rooms (IAHR). There are now over 3,000 Healing Rooms in over 25 countries, including the US, Europe, Africa, India, Singapore and Malaysia.

In Malaysia, the first HRM was started in 2005 in Glad Tidings Church. About 6,000 different individuals, including non-Christians, have so far come for prayers of healing.

The HRM in Malaysia comprise trained prayer teams and intercessors from several churches. We praise the Lord for the many confirmed divine healings.

PURPOSE OF TRAINING SEMINAR

The gift of divine healing is not for a chosen few but can be for Christians who want to receive this gifting for personal ministry or to serve in the healing ministry (1 Corinthians 12:9). The training will deal in depth the practical teachings of Jesus as the Healer, why repentance, the Word (Bible) and Anointing are fundamental to receive this gift of healing.

 

Other Topics:

The life and experiential teachings will focus on the main roots and causes of diseases and spiritual bondages, how to discern and pray for their healing:

• Spiritual strongholds, the body, mind and soul connection (1 Thessalonians 5:23)
• Unforgiveness, bitter root judgements, hopelessness and past hurts as major causes of diseases of the mind and body. Unforgiveness theraphy, self-imposed curses and inner healing.
• Generational bondages and deliverance.
• How to pray for the sick. Your spiritual authority to heal. Practicum.
• Obstacles to healing. Renunciations. Check list.
• Biblical principles in dealing with traditional belief systems as health and healing issues. Modernist practices involving “energy, the force, emptying your mind,” martial arts and alternative medicine as health and healing arts. What believers can or cannot participate in.
• Maintaining your healing
• Hearing the voice of God. Practicum.

Q&A time and practicum will be an important component of the training seminar.
