Pastor Vincent Leoh has led Glad Tidings since 1992 with a keen sense of wisdom and knowledge in the Word. He is a gifted teacher and preacher who always emphasizes on the application of God’s Word in our lives. Under his leadership, Glad Tidings has developed into a dynamic Cell Church with a strong emphasis on evangelism/missions and community services.

He graduated with a Diploma in Biblical Studies from the Bible College of Malaysia, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia in 1979; a Bachelor of Theology from Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary, Penang, Malaysia in 1984; a Master of Divinity from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri, USA, in 1987 and a Doctor of Philosophy from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, USA in 1990.

Dr. Vincent Leoh has been in the ministry since 1977. He has ministered in many nations of the world. He was the General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God of Malaysia from 2000 to 2008.
